Cima Adamello is the main peak of the group, undisputed star of that magnificent amphitheater of peaks that hug the Pian di Neve and Glacier Mandrone, the widest of Italian Alps, perfect mix of technical climbs, glacier treks and high mountain alpinism.

The two main faces, are opposite in their features: the north side, severe, wild and seemingly insurmountable, the south side instead, a tame snowy slope interrupted by short ribs and two easy ridges at both sides.

Unique is the experience of a multi-day high-altitude itinerary (Haute Route), through the peaks and glaciers of Adamello, Carè Alto and Presanella, as well as the chance to visit the several sites of the memory from the Great War (Cannon 149/G at Cresta Croce, Austrian Tunnel of Corno del Cavento, Sentiero dei Fiori, artifacts and cableways atop Cima Carè Alto, trenches and walkways along Cima Pozzoni).
